Shipping

We ship to every address in the United States. Orders leave our fulfillment center within 1 to 2 business days and travel by FedEx. Orders over $100 ship free. Under $100, the rate is calculated at checkout from weight and destination.

Gallons and 5-gallon pails are heavy, so their rates run higher than a bottle's. Once the order clears $100, shipping is free regardless of weight.

Returns

Unopened products can come back within 30 days of purchase. Message us through the contact page with your order number and we will send return instructions. Opened chemicals cannot be returned.

If something arrives damaged, message us with a photo of the box and the product and we will sort it out.
